Patrick Sweeney won our Bare Burro 5K Run for a second consecutive time. This blog tells his story!

Back of the Pack at the Bare Burro 5K Run last Sunday and a shot of the tshirt runners were given for participating. 146 Runners with Patrick Sweeney coming across the finish line in 21:09 (that’s minutes and seconds) for our very tough cross country run.

3rd Annual Bare Burro 5K Run is this Sunday April 22. Pre-registration totals are more than last year and you are welcome to come too. Registration opens at 8am. The race is off the line about 10:30am. Awards ceremony to follow. Come see the excitement.

A lil’ message from the President…

Well, we are closing up the first quarter of the year and we have had some successful events already! The ODMA board members have been hard at work to provide fun and entertainment for our residents, members and guests. Some of our biggie events were,

   January we had a Masquerade Prom, in February we had our Sweetheart’s Dinner & Ball, Oh and we had our famous food competition…”Cupcake Wars” along with our St. Patrick’s Dance in March! We aren’t stopping here…check out our ODR calendar for more fun and exciting things that us board members have planned ahead. And speaking of our board members…Shelley, Diane F., Dee, Kevin, Dan, Stephanie, Tiffany, Jeff a big thank you for your time and dedication. Also, we have “Z”, Dan and Chris our photographers and Mark P. & Dottie our Pirates Weekend coordinators, Hap our Parliamentarian, Becki with management and so many other volunteers that make it happen! Let’s give them a “High-Five”! Also a big thank you for my son, Matthew for volunteering to take the place of Treasure! Our newest addition to the board….

Yea! So much FUN stuff to do here at Olive Dell Ranch! Hope to see you all at our next gig!
